About me

Hi, I’m Nabila (she/her)
Registered Social Worker (RSW) | Psychotherapist
I hold a Social Service Worker Diploma, a Bachelor and a Master of Social Work, and I’m registered with the (OCSWSSW).
My Experience
I am a Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse settings including settlement agencies, healthcare services, community and government programs.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds through major life transitions, crisis, and mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, and self-esteem issues. This breadth of experience shaped my understanding of care, dignity, and resilience.
My Approach
I take a client-centered, integrative approach, grounded in relational understanding, cultural awareness, and a strong commitment to anti-oppressive practice.

I aim to create a space where self-awareness, insight, and self-discovery unfold. Therapy is a lifelong journey of growth and wellness.
